AVOCADO OIL VINAIGRETTE
- ¾ cup Olivado Extra Virgin Avocado Oil
- ¼ cup of White Wine Vinegar
- 2-3 cloves of Garlic (Crushed)

1 tsp equivalent each of oregano,sweet basil, rosemary, dry mustard and
Worcestershire Sauce (if available) - Salt and pepper

Potato And Feta Salad
- 450g Potatos
- 100g green beans
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 4 pimento stuffed olives
- 4 black plain oilves
- 1 small onion or shallot, finely chopped
- 17gg feta cheese, crumbled
- 6 tbsp white win vinegar
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- small basil leaves (garnish)

Lemon Avocado Oil Dressing
- 2 tbs of avocado oil
- 1 tbs of lemon juice
- pinch of pepper
- pinch of chilli powder

select the wash your favourite greens, like a variety of lettuce-red and green,
Mix in a few herbs like chives, cliantro and basil for a pungent kick. Mint and
oregano would be great additons too. -
You can top your salad with grilled chicken, fish or even roasted sweet potatoes
for a more hearty meal.

- 8 large mushrooms
- Fresh breadcrumbs
- 10 tbsp Olivado Extra Virgin Avocado Oil
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- pinch of dried thyme
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and papper

Lemon garlic Chicken And Potatos
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4-5 medium size potatoes
- 1/2 cup Olivado Extra Virgin Avocado Oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 4 cloves chopped garlic
- 2tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
